If you disagree with the findings in your preliminary verification report, you have the right to formally appeal the decision. Appeals must be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving your preliminary Verification Report.
All appeals must be submitted in writing and addressed to the Verification Manager or Administration Manager responsible for your engagement. Upon receipt of a valid written appeal, Azania BEE Solutions will review and resolve the matter in accordance with our appeals policy within 30 calendar days.

Any measured entity or stakeholder who has concerns about the conduct or outcome of a verification process may lodge a formal complaint with Azania BEE Solutions. We treat all complaints seriously and handle them with the same rigour and impartiality we apply to our verification work.
Complaints must be submitted in writing — by email or formal letter — addressed to the Administration Manager or Verification Manager. Upon receipt, Azania BEE Solutions commits to resolving or formally responding to your complaint within 30 calendar days.
Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent us from meeting this timeline, we will proactively communicate the updated resolution date to you in writing — without waiting for you to follow up.

This policy equips all staff with the tools to identify, document, and manage potential threats to impartiality — and to resolve any such issues before or during client engagements. Any identified conflicts of interest are declared and managed in line with our formal impartiality procedures.
